9 Common Lies Christians Believe

This study is about the lies we have heard and maybe even believed throughout our Christian lives. Without consistent discipleship, Christians can fall prey to lies they’ve heard regularly. Coming from a biblical perspective this study will help us understand the true character of God in a deeper way and be ready to encourage friends and family who have fallen prey to these common lies. Join us as we will be addressing these lies from a solid biblical perspective.

New Testament 101

Basics of the New Testament

This group study will focus on the basics of the New Testament – the books of the New Testament, key themes, and how to study. This study is designed for anyone who wants a more comprehensive understanding of the New Testament.

2 Part Parenting Study

It Starts at Home

In these busy, hectic days we take our kids to sports practices, games, music lessons, school tutoring, and other activities to give our children the best opportunities for success. But what if we're missing the chance to teach them what matters most? Our children can grow up smart, athletic, popular, and polite but lack a vibrant relationship with Christ. The few hours they spend in church each week can be helpful, but it cannot nurture a faith in our kids that will withstand the trials that are on the horizon. Church alone cannot teach them, we must start at home. But many parents feel ill-equipped to develop the faith of their children.

We will explore biblical and tangible ways that parents—couples, single parents, blended families, and grandparents—can build a legacy of faith for their children.

Parenting in a Tech World

Technology is everywhere, it can connect people around the world, but it also has the power to disconnect us from those around us. For many parents, deciding how to use technology in their home can be challenging. How we connect with one another is different than ever before and we are left wondering technology’s role is in forming relationships.

Can Gen Z develop meaningful relationships?
How can different generations connect?
How are we to integrate the use of technology in our homes?
